About me

My journey into sound engineering began in my early teens and has since grown into a well-rounded, professional career grounded in dedication, discipline, and a deep love for the craft.

I hold a Level 2 Diploma in Sound & Music Technology (City & Guilds, UK), along with certifications in Crestron Audio and Dante Level 1 Certification. 

Over time, I’ve developed a deep technical fluency across the entire spectrum of audio, from audio acoustics to live sound, Recording, Foley, Sound Design, and Audio Electronics. I work confidently across analog and digital platforms, and I’m constantly exploring new techniques, from advanced microphone placement strategies to creative spatial mixing and custom panning workflows. This broad understanding doesn’t just make me technically capable,  it gives me the freedom to innovate, experiment, and adapt with precision to each unique project.

As a mixing and mastering engineer, I collaborate with artists, producers, and songwriters across genres and time zones . Through remote sessions, I’ve earned a reputation for delivering professional results that meet global standards. More importantly, I’m known for my collaborative mindset, attention to detail, and the creative and personal care I bring to every project.

I’ve had the honor of working with legendary Sri Lankan artists such as Senaka Batagoda, whose artistry shaped my musical sensibility and deepened my appreciation for emotional expression through sound. Collaborations like these have not only shaped my taste,  they’ve played a vital role in expanding both my local and international recognition.

In addition to post audio work, I’m also trained and worked in live sound environments, having managed fast-paced, high-pressure environments.

Looking forward, I’m continuously building on what I’ve learned ,  developing new tools, techniques, and even business concepts inspired by years of practical experience. I believe the future of audio lies in the intersection of artistic intuition and technical mastery, and I’m committed to exploring that space with purpose and curiosity.
